I have a German made, J A Henckels 5 blade Tortoise Shell Canoe knife. It is a model HK-27-T, as indicated on the back of the tang of the largest blade. Hand Forged, Stainless steel. Looks just like a Case canoe, but I believe it is of finer quality. Henckels is one of the finest knife makers in Germany, or anyw else, for that matter. This handle is made of German celluloid. Brand new in the box. I am the original owner. 3 5/8 inches closed, 7 7/8 inches with longest blade open on each side. Factory fresh, NEVER carried, NEVER sharpened, NEVER used. Look at the quality of this knife. No one makes a knife with any better workmanship than this. Celluloid simulated tortoise shell handle. No cracks or age lines. Knife is MINT, in my estimation. Hardly anyone makes a 5 blade knife anymore because of the amount of skilled labor required to get a perfect fit on all 5 blades. Beautiful new condition. Please ask any questions before bidding.
