Welcome to Jamielee Jewels Henry Birks & Sons Edwardian 14K Gold & Sapphire Pin This is a lovely, late Victorian or Edwardian-era, 14k, yellow gold pin featuring a lovely, genuine, natural sapphire in the center. The terminals of the pin each feature three, small, pearls of a grayish color. The pin has a flange hinge & an open "C" catch. The pin come in the original box from Henry Birks & Co. of Canada. It is a lovely purple velvet box. The pin measures 1 3/4" x 3/4". The pin weighs 4 grams. The box measures 3 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 1". The pin is in very good, pre-owned condition. It has only very slight, normal & age appropriate wear. T is no damage. The box is also in very nice condition with only some normal wear to the interior. T is a small area of fraying to the satin inside the lid. Like much jewelry from this era, the pin is not marked for metal content. It has tested as 14k and is guaranteed.
