This is a Model # 2 counter scale made by Henry Troemner of Philadelphia, PA. This antique package/postal scale is in pristine condition. It has the original paint which is in near perfect condition. The brass trays are in amazing shape with no tarnish or bends. The brass plate attached to the base of the scale states,"Henry Troemner,Maker,Philadelphia PA,Cap. 10 lb., No 10. Made In USA." The opposite side of the base has embossed on its top side,Troemner." Above the brass plate embossed on the base is a # 2. The measuring bar is made of brass as are the knobs above the scale. There are four weights that the original owner gave me which I am including with this scale. They are: 1 Lb, 1 Oz,1 Kilo,2 Kilo.
