Beautiful Herkimer Diamond CALCITE specimen w/a Herkimer diamond embedded-NYThis auction is for a nice Herkimer Diamond calcite specimen .I refer to these as Herkimer Diamond calcites because they occur in pockets with Herkimer's (sometimes alone) as a secondary mineral.The specimen measures 42x38x28mm and weighs 30.9 grams .There are a couple small semi rough areas from matrix contact .Other than this its in great condition .With nice color , luster and clarity . Marcasite and dolomite attached and a small Herkimer diamond embedded .Overall a nice Herkimer Diamond calcite specimen .Enjoy!
