The movement is a Franz Hermle #73, 132-071, with a 4 Jeweled Lever Escapement, and was made in Germany, I'd guess in the 60's or 70's? ( reference photo ). It has the Standard Navy Bell Chimes, 8 Bells for 12, 4 & 8. Starting at 12:30, 4:30 & 8:30 1 Bell plus 1 additional bell for each half hour and hour up to 8 bells. Case measures 6, 1⁄4âe in the front by 7âe on the rear flange by 2, 1⁄4âe in depth with three mounting holes. The Brass Hinged Bezel is 5, 1⁄2âe by 5/8âe in depth with a spring latch for easy access. The beveled glass is 4, 7/8âe in diameter and is scratch and chip free, making the case approximately 3âe in depth. The silver dial with black Roman numerals is in very good condition. The only marking on the face is read more
