Vintage Herter's Skinning Knife from the 60's. The Herter's coat of arms is still visible and clear on one side of the blade. "Herter's" is deeply pressed into the handle. The handle is completely clean with no dirt or corrosion on the rivets. T is a thumb rest clip on the top pf the blade. The blade is clean and shiny and has been lightly sharpened, but does not show any signs of use. The sheath is heavy leather with stitching intact and the rivets showing no signs of corrosion. T is a circular pattern on the surface of the sheath and is visible in the pictures. This is about as good as it gets for a highly collectible Herter's Skinning Knife.
