Highly Desirable ANTIQUE c1900 18ct GOLD, DIAMOND & Red guilloche ENAMEL 'FOB WATCH'. Diameter = 25mm approx excl. stem, bow etc. Length with pendant brooch = 68mm approx. Absolutely stunning, swiss made and hallmarked with Swiss Helvetia 18 ct gold stamp. Exceptional fob watch, with large central diamond of approximately 0.5 carats in gold heart suspended from diamond set winged motif all surrounded by stunning ox blood red guilloche enamel work. Complete with matching 18ct gold and red guilloche enamel pendant brooch with over 24 stunning old rose cut diamonds (one absent).
