If the second number matches with the ISBN number on the back cover - the last picture, then you know that the book is signed in the presence of the publisher - SIMON & SCHUSTER. In that case you can contact the publisher who can validate the authenticity of the signature. If the numbers don't match, the book might have been signed later, or the signature might not be real.
