... from the Invasion of that Country under Henry II to its Union with Great Britain on the first of January, 1801" was was printed by William F. M'Laughlin and Bartholomew Graves in Philadelphia. It has about 450 pages. This book is in bad condition. The front cover is almost loose. About 20% of the spine is missing and another half is loose. The first 290 or so pages have a purple stain that decreases in size from front to back. All the pages have some minor foxing. The cover has much wear. This is a former library book. It has a small label on the spine and a large sticker from the Philadelphia Library on top of most of a smaller sticker from the London Library Association. It has a former owner's name and 1809 date on one of the front fly leafs and another owner's name on the title page. All in all its a filler until a better copy comes along. See a separate listing for another volume five in this series that is in much better condition.
