MACEO wrote this letter in NEW YORK right after 1st Cuban ("Ten Year") INDEPENDENCE WAR, dated 30th March, 1878. Antonio Maceo confirms in this letter that he intends to build up with CUBAN PATRIOTS a PROVISIONAL CUBAN GOVERNMENT ("Gobierno Provisional de Cuba").This ORIGINAL and UNIQUE DOCUMENT is PERSONALLY written by ANTONIO MACEO and measures app. 6" x 6" inches.
