Sabin *8803, Field *200and Howes *B902.504 pages in length and 8 pages of ads, 5 1/4" by 7 1/2" in size. Embossed brown clothbinding.There are six engraved illustrations in this book: Portrait of Cut-Nose, Portrait of John Other Day,Portrait of Standing Buffalo, Portrait of Mrs. Lavina Eastlick and Children, Portrait ofMrs. Alomina Hurd, Merton Eastlick Carrying His Brother Johnny From Lake Shetek to Dutch Charley's.The Frontispiece illustration of Little Crow is LACKING.This hardcover book is in good condition. There is a vintage signature of "H.D. Tenney,Hancock, Minn." on the front end paper. No other markings in the book. The cloth cover andspine is worn. The gilt lettering of the title is mostly rubbed off the spine. The front hingeis partly cracked, but all pages are firmly attached. There is some foxing throughout.
