This is an original 14" by 22" window card movie poster for the 1955 Paramount release of To Catch A Thief To Catch a Thief, starring Cary Grant as a reformed cat burglar John Robie THE CAT investigating a series of copycat crimes across the French Riviera, we see Cary Grant in CAT action trying to uncover the COPYCAT CAT in this Alfred Hitchcock suspense classic. The French Riviera, costarring with lovely Grace Kelly, no wonder Cary Grant ended his retirement to make this film! And we a GREAT shot of the suave Cat aka Cary Grant with the lovely Grace Kelly in probably her most memorable role, amidst the beauty and grandeur of the high society in the French Riviera!! Window cards were issued way back when to movie theatres to help market and promote the film, printed on heavier paper stock like lobby cards, they were/are very popular! This one is in generally fine PLUS condition for a vintage poster, a hard to see vertical crease left and right side (the kind from being in a frame), top white part is blank, some yellowing with age, otherwise images are TERRIFIC overall a great vintage poster!
