You are bidding on a very nice example of a very difficult piece to find. This is the Homer Laughlin Nude Vase as listed in the Huxford Collector's Encyclopedia of Fiesta (ninth edition). This item is mentioned on pg. 199 and is highly collectible. I have been collecting for almost 20 yrs. and have never seen another one. This particular piece has been in my private collection for a number of years, but I am divesting of the final pieces of what is left. Bid with confidence as I had over 600 transactions selling primarily Fiesta and related items under the username of jc-for-me with 100% positive feedback. I recently got married and changed it to jc-4-us. This is not the "USONA" pottery that is mentioned in the text. Note the detail of this piece vs. that of the gold/pearl opaque version. You can see it especially in the facial features since the "USONA" piece has no facial features. In fact, I have the other item in my collection and have listed it for sale so that you can see the difference. As I mentioned these are quite rare and extremely difficult to find. This would be a fabulous addition to even most discerning collector. I am starting the bid at a very low price considering it is listed in Huxford's at over $300.
