DescriptionHO 50' 2 Box Car lot-Evans Products is one car and the other is lettered for "MR".The Evans product car is heavily weathered to the point you can't read the car number, and is also covered in Graffitti.The MR # 6000 High Cube car has minimal markings .Both cars come with Metal Wheels and KD's.Metal Wheels KD's- NICE!-All the step, railing and ladder detail on these cars is intact and it looks great!These cars are weighted to NMRA Standards.PLEASE NOTE FOR THESE LOOSE CAR AUCTIONS: I will do my best to pack these loose cars safely since i do not have original packages.Some minor detail parts may suffer due to rough handling enroute to your layout. By bidding you accept this risk which is beyond my control. As always with all my auctions, if you are not satisfied with what you get, please contact me thru ebay for a quick resolution to your concerns.I am selling a large collection of mostly modern late 70's-80's rolling stock in the next few weeks.Most of the following items apply to the cars I will be listing.Check back often to see a nice assortment of cars from this collection offered at low prices. Ask me to delay invoicing you if you want to see more items before paying and for combined shipping.A custom painter has applied Light Weathering.This could be as simple as dullcote to light gray and other dirt and rust colors applied by spray and or chalk and always sealed with a final light coat of dullcote.Some weights on the car underbody may come loose during handling, these were BB's size metal pellets sealed in caulk, but over time they are breaking out of the caulk.I reccomend cleaning them all off.No original box or packaging is included with the car.It may be missing small parts I did not notice or have slight breakage from handling that is hardly noticible- if I notice it I note it. Buyer beware these are sold as is. They are USED.Mostly these have only slight use, as the owner did not have a layout, and only ran at club layouts a few times a year. Most of his time was spent weathering and detailing simliar freight cars and engines which I also have for sale this week in other auctions.This has Custom weathering to create a unique model of a lightly weathered car for service on your railroad!***PLEASE NOTE*** Some of these cars have a small resistor installed on one wheelset to be used with a signal system, if you do not have a signal system these will easily be removed with a twist of a needle nose pliers and will not affect the running of the car or your layout after that. If you do not break off the resistor you may get a slight short thru the resistor depending on your system.JUST BREAK IT OFF BEFORE USE IF YOU KNOW YOU DONT NEED IT.Please review the pictures carefully.
