Windsor's Wholesale Liquor Distributor is the name on this building, but by changing just the sign you could have any type of small freight building or small workshop. This item is a building scratch built by Pat Harriman MMR. This building is primarily made from paper with a cardstock base. While the walls, doors and windows are all paper, the roof is real wood shingles. The loading docks and the coal bin on one end of the building are also made of wood. As you can see in the photos the structure was build to fit into an uneven location and the black areas on the model would be fit into the ground contour. The foot print of this building is: 10 1/4" x 4" x 3 1/4" tall including platforms and docks. This model was built by Pat Harriman MMR and was part of his Shelter Bay Railway that has been featured in the Narrow Gauge and Short Line Gazette. Pat is in the process of rebuilding the Shelter Bay in O scale and is selling off his HO structures. . Shipping is $7 to the U.
