One custom painted Kato HO Jersey Central SD40. Unit has some visible dust spots on the roof and a bit on the sides; it would seem that it will clean up nicely. Handrails in good shape. This was used on a friend's HO layout for a number of years, hence the lower grading. (It didn't just sit in a box.)
