This is a variety lot of items all associated with switches and road crossings. The complete lot is shown in the first photo. The overall grading for this item is set at Fair only because the grading varies amongst items in the lot and I chose the lowest grade for any item to assign to the lot. See the specific items below for individual conditions. The lot includes: Bachmann Plasticviille Switch Tower kit - built: This item is in Very Good condition. It can best be seen in the second photo. The instruction sheet in included. I believe all the parts are present and intact but please see the photo since this is a used item sold as is. Train signal structure - dual track. This item stands properly on its own. I do not know if any pieces are missing. This is shown in the third photo and is large enough to span to HO tracks. Assorted miscellaneous train signal pieces as shown in the fourth photo. Two Plasticville train road crossing sections. One shows another train signal piece (fifth photo) and a track in place. The train signal piece is in addition to the ones in the prior photo. The final photo shows the second crossing section which includes a small structure as well. The structure hides part of an electrical and mechanical mechanism. I do not know how it works or if it works, but I believe the mechanism is supposed to be for operating
