HAND CRAFTED FOR HO SCALEDMODEL RAIROAD LAYOUTS! These SIX 40 scaled foot poles are for use on present day themed layouts and settings. I use 5 &1/2 inch (3/18th diameter) dowels for the poles and I use 1.12 inch base wood scale lumber as the 8 scaled foot cross arms. Also, one of these poles features some "armless" designs; I've attempted to craft "vertical stand off brackets". By request, I can add "nails" to the bottoms of these poles, so that you can "plant" them into your layouts. Again, the addition of "nails" is by request only, so feel free to ask if you need for this to be done! Many buyers choose to use these poles along with the 35 scaled foot WALTHERS SCENE MASTER utility poles which stand 4 & 3/4 inches above the "ground" of the layout. In that case you can plant my designs to the appropriate depths to fit in with some of you store bought plastic poles if you so desire. In the above pictures, you'll see a real life examples. These poles can be used on curves and angles.
