We have the time-tested experience needed to build professional structures that not only look good, but will last. No warping, no coming apart. Most structures are primed, painted, some weathered, sealed and weathered again for a finish that will last for many years to come. Every window is given the patented PJ's poke test . No falling out windows! Custom built, kitbashed and large structures are built with extra support beams and strips of styrene giving them extra strength. These structures will last and continue to look good as long as your own them. COMBINED SHIPPING Combined shipping is $3 for each auction after highest shipping charge. Some large items cannot be combined or will be figured differently in shipping charges. We try to ship everything usps priority mail, but some west coast and other zones to far from our MI address will be shipped parcel post.
