Greetings from p6321955! We've just brought in a HUGE collection of HO scale railcars. Many are custom painted and still in kit form! This is a HO Scale International Hobby Corporation New Yo rk Central Railroad's Mercur y Train Passenger Car Lot. Mercury was the name used by the New York Central Railroad for a family of daytime streamliner passenger trains operating between midwestern cities. The lot includes: #48294 Combine Car, road number 1007; #4829 5 Railway Post Office C ar, road number 4910; #4829 6 Sleeper Car, the "City of Ann Arbor" ; and #48297 Vista Dome Car, the "Cleveland Skyline". They are in brand new, ready-to-run condition in the original boxes. ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Any package with a value of $25 or a weight of 4 pounds or more MUST be sent Priority Mail International. VAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS and will be collected by the delivering agent when it arrives at your door. First Class International has no tracking or insurance available. If the item gets lost or damaged you simply have to file a case with Paypal and since I have no tracking number Paypal automatically decides in your favor and takes the money out of my account. Then I am out a beautiful item and all the money:( At least with Priority International I can file an insurance claim, in the worst case scenario. I try my best to accommodate International buyers by using First Class on any package valued less than $25 but it is I who is taking all the risk in doing so. I refuse to take this risk on any items valued at or over $25. The First Class International Mail rate that calculates in eBay shipping includes a $12.00USD Registered Mail charge which may or may not be waived depending on the final value of the item(s) and destination. For everyone, especially those who are new to my auctions: The items I list are from auctions and estate sales. I do clean things up before I list them but there is no telling what lingering odors will crop up after the item is packaged for shipment. If you are terribly allergic to smoke, pet dander, musty scents, then you should take this into consideration before bidding. I cannot guarantee that any item has come from a smoke-free/pet-free home! (I am very sensitive to musty odors and have stopped buying ephemera for this reason!) I am not an expert in this items field nor am I a professional photographer. I describe the item to the best of my abilities and try to take good pictures. Please feel free to email any questions including requests for additional pictures. I will do my best to help and provide you with what you need to bid. With that said, this item is sold "as is" with no warranties. I use "Shipping Calculator" to determine the fairest and most accurate shipping cost. I have added, depending on item size and weight, to this shipping cost to cover packing material, labeling and labor. If you are bidding on more than one of my auctions and the auctions end within a week of each other, I will happily combine orders to save on shipping and handling costs.
