HO train LIONEL Elec. Rectifier Eng VIRGINIAN VGN *nice Album *** Click on the larger picture in this description to view a larger version of the picture. *** This is oldstock from a hobbystore warehouse. we have a electric Rectifier engine, manufactured by Athearn for Lionel. The roadname is Virginian, VRR, Virg, VGN. Very nicely detailed and it is in great condition with NO BROKEN steps, railings or couplers however t is a very tiny piece missing on each side hold down of the body.(see picture) IT HAS RUN TIME ON THE TRACKS! I have track tested this engine and the motor runs smooth but it is vrey slow. It will need new rubber bands on the wheels for it to drive properly with an operating headlight that works. T is no box. I WILL ALSO BE LISTING A BUNCH OF EUROPEAN TRAINS AND TRAIN ITEMS THIS WEEK. It will look nice and is compatible with Athearn, AC Gilbert, Am Flyer, ATT, Bachmann, Lionel, Kato, Stewart, Atlas, Penn Line, Rivarossi/AHM and Walthers coupling.
