Up for auction is my Super Cub that I flew just a few times and then just ran out of time to practice. So I decided to sell it and buy another when life slows down. It's a great flying plane with a lot of options you can add to it and very cheaply too. I listed the specifications below of the plane & all it came with when I bought it around Easter time. If the weather's bad, it comes with a after-market flight simulator for practicing on your computer as long as you have a USB port. It comes with multiple cables for the included transmitter & any others you might try. Also included is a machined aluminum brushless motor mount for a nice upgrade in power & battery life. I was told I would need to change the speed controller in it when changing over to brushless, that is NOT included, I decided to sell the plane before purchasing that or a motor. I also changed to larger tires for grass landings and take-offs, but I usually hand launched it. It comes with extra props, both the original & a slightly larger one they said would give it a little more power but less speed, i thought that would be good for just learning to fly. There are extra rubber bands for holding the wing to the fuselage, extra control linkage for the tail section just in case of breakage,extra prop shaft & nose cone for the same reason. I bought those items because the sales guy at HobbyZone recommended it for a beginning flyer, but never crashed it or needed them in the short time I flew it. There is a broken wing strut which I tried to show in a picture, the new parts cost $2.50, but the postage on just one item was more than that so I didn't order them. On the fuselage in front of the main wing is missing a thin piece of styrofoam there that busted off the second landing on the nose. After looking online I found out it is a common issue and there is a lot of information on how to beef this area up with a popsicle stick which i have not done because I'm not going to be flying it anymore and the winner might want to repair it a different way. Those are the only areas that have any sort of damage and are quick, cheap & easy to take care of. The plane costs $199, $50 worth of extra parts and $40 for the flight simulator, which has not only the Super Cub in it to practice flying, but a whole selection of planes, helicopters, gliders and jets too, a lot of fun!!! I will take the plane apart the way to the way it was when purchased, I do not have the original box, but it will be carefully packaged. I do have more pictures but can only post 12, if needed I can try to email them to you or if there is a specific part of the plane you'd like to see better, I will try to get that to you.
