Hi, I just love Hocus Pocus the movie so I decided to make a prop. I actually made a few books because the first one came out so cool and I thought other people who loved the movie would get a kick out of it. The book is made out of human skin(JUST KIDDING). No, really it's made from a treasure box you would pick up at a craft store. Covered with a combination of paper mache and latex. The detail(snakes, eye, fingers & latch)are hand sculpted from sculpey clay, but look like pewter. A really fun conversation piece. The size is 8 1/2" length, 11" height & 2 3/4 width. The latch dosen't really work, it's just for show. It's a great treasure box for hiding those tv controls you can never find or you can even put Halloween candy in it.
