This is a lovely set of heavy leaded crystal wine glasses made by Hobauer.These were a wedding gift, so I know they are at least (nearly) 25yrs old. We have never used them, just dusted them and moved them from place to place!! Well, not being a fan of dusting much any more, I thought I would let someone else enjoy them. They are 6 &1/2 in. tall. The birds are frosted white,I do not know if this is etching or just cut into the glass. It is very detailed. The background is red. The glass itself is clear, and makes a very pretty sound when tapped. They are very heavy for a wine glass. I weighed one on my postal scale and it is 15.4 ounces. T are no nicks or cracks that I can see or feel. These would be a very nice additon to your collection or make a nice gift for someone special!! Thanks for looking.
