It comes with the original case which is in excellent condition. Description: An Harmonetta is an extraordinary instrument. It's an example of pure ingenuity. Like an accordion, blowing and drawing produces the same note. By pushing a button or a combination of buttons you can create melody lines and complex chords simultaniously .
