VERY RARE GREAT CONDITION AND COMPLETE PERFECT FOR PRO'S AND BEGINNERS BOUGHT MANY YEARS AGO FROM A CLOSING DOWN MUSIC SHOP - NEVER PLAYED SEEMS THEY STOPPED MAKING THEM IN 1971. The Hohner Ryythm and Blues harmonica is a six chord harmonica that provides a blues background to blend with guitars, drums and vocals claimed the Hohner catalogs of the late 1960's. There are two versions made, this one is the #8703 Rhythm & Blues CI which has a Maroon comb. It has a maroon vinyl case that snaps closed, and a small instruction sheet inside. According to UK patent 973532 granted in 1962, these harmonicas were invented by famous classical harmonica player Tommy Reilly and songwriter Ivor Raymonde.
