HOLLYCRAFT 1955 SIGNED CRYSTAL AURORA BOREALIS CIRCLE VINTAGE PARURE SET Spectacular Hollycraft 1955 signed crystal Aurora Borealis circle vintage parure set in excellent condition. This lovely set dates to 1955 and consists of a necklace, bracelet, brooch and earrings made of rare crystal Aurora Borealis rhinestones in various shapes and sizes, arranged on several levels. The Necklace is dog collar style and is made of circles joined by pronged set baguettes of clear Aurora Borealis to form a beautiful choker. The bracelet and dangle earrings carry the same theme and the brooch is in the shape of a bow. The bracelet has a safety chain and the earrings are clips. The back setting is antiqued gold tone metal in excellent condition. All pieces are signed ‘HOLLYCRAFT, COPR 1955’. This set is all original and has a multi-dimensional appearance and would be a fantastic addition for collectors of good quality costume jewellery. A truly unique set that no one else will be seen wearing. About Hollycraft: Hollycraft was designed by the Hollywood Jewellery Mfg Company. Founded in 1938 by Joseph Chorbajian, his cousin and Jack Hazard, the company was located in New York City. The Hollycraft mark first appeared in 1948 and the company stopped operation in 1971.
