This is a Hollywood Regency lamp from 1953. It has three multi-faceted ruby red glass globes with red crystal prisms. The prisms hang from floral design circular metal wrapping around lamp. There are three rows of red prisms with seven prisms on each. The top round has larger prisms than the bottom two. The stunning base is metal crafted with faces in center of each side and ornate scrolling. The four corner legs display gargoylish faces. A white marble stand sets on top of the base. The shade is red vinyl with black velvet strip and and gold rope braid around top. The bottom has gold braid scalloped to deep long black cloth fringe. There is a brass finial holding metal framing of shade in place. The electrical has been replaced with 3 way socket, brass harp, and plastic coat wiring rather than cloth wiring. This is for safety to avoid fire hazard. Free shipping with insurance to lower 48 state mainland.
