This is a very nice and large assortment of Homer Laughlin's red transferware in the Currier & Ives patterns. I purchased this at a recent estate sale and was pleasantly surprised both to see the condition and the quantity of my purchase. Includes: 8 dinner plates, 2 platters in different sizes, 5 cups, 7 saucers, 7 berry bowls, and 6 bread or dessert plates. 2 berry bowls have rim chips but are still suitable for use. The small platter is a bit lighter than the larger one, but it doesn't look like it's faded, just the difference in firing. One of the coffee cups is lightly discolored while the others are in near mint condition. Color looks to be good on the remainder. Minimal to no crazing. Would set a gorgeous table, plus I also have some lovely matching ruby flashed Whitehall tumblers and sherbets for sale in another auction (see second photo). I will ship via FedEx to the lucky bidder as they are a bit less expensive than the PO. I will underwrite the cost for domestic shipping so shipping is free (within continental USA only). Please e-mail with any questions at as I'm certainly no expert and all sales are final. A good buy and good bidding to you!
