This 1968 magazine has VERY modern house plans for the era! Even several round and "Frank Lloyd Write" type homes. Features How to estimate what your house will cost from the plans, Design trends from the new south, the northwest style: woodsy and warm and livable, vacation houses-plans you can buy and how to finance them. The magazine has had some moisture damage to the bottom edge and corner most of the way through the magazine. But it doesn't hinder looking at the plans at all. The spine is good and tight, there are no loose or missing pages,no creases or tears, no underlining or writing. We are honest sellers for over 24 years selling used vintage items that are not replaceable with another item,so exchange is never an option. Only 1 available. Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
