This auction is for a BR STEAM LOCOMOTIVE by “HORNBY" Model Railways. The locomotive is in used condition with nominal wear consummate with age and use. It will require a clean to remove surface dust and minor dirt marks. the locomotive is better described as follows: Tender driven British Railways green livery 4 -6-2 Duchess Class steam locomotive named Duchess of Atholl no.46231. The locomotive is in full good working condition. The coach work is in very good+ / excellent overall condition. The locomotive appear complete and we have overall been unable to fault it unless we wish to be critical. As per all our listings where the engine has been stored long term, we would recommend a service/lubrication before prolonged use. Otherwise the locomotive would make great donor as parts body etc or alternatively make a lovely static loco on any layout or goods yard. SOLD WITHOUT RESERVE AN OPORTUNITY NOT TO BE MISSED!
