Hornby/Scratchbuilt K3 No 61950 in BR Mixed Traffic Lined Black with a late crest. This loco came about because I wanted a mogul to run in my Eastern Region sequence both at home and at exhibitions. By chance I found a cast white metal boiler from a K3 kit in a trade stand’s bits and pieces box at an exhibition (the 6 foot diameter boiler is quite distinctive).
