It offers several systems that will run in the Basic computer language, now available free for most PC and Macs online. It also offers a step by step approach to designing your own horse racing handicapping program with several examples and completed and tested systems. Also included is a spreadsheet handicapping system for Excel and another that only requires a pocket calculator.
