Thoroughbred Handicapping the Computer Way, by Howard Berenbon is a vintage book on thoroughbred handicapping software published in 1995 and then updated in 1999. It offers several systems that will run in the Basic computer language, now available free for most PC and Macs online. It also offers a step by step approach to designing your own horse racing handicapping program with several examples and completed and tested systems. Also included is a spreadsheet handicapping system for Excel and another that only requires a pocket calculator.
