This is a 83 pc set of Hostess pattern china by Royal Castle circa 1940. This was left to me by my great aunt, one of her 3 sets of pink china. I personally think its beautiful, but pink just isn't my color scheme. The only flaw that I have found is a chip on one of the cups. 1 creamer 1 sugar bowl with lid 2 large oval serving bowls 10 1/2 inches 1 medium oval serving platter 7 1/2 inches 1 large round serving bowl 9 inches 3 medium serving bowls/soup/salad 7 1/2 inches 11 cups 15 saucers 12 dinner plates 8 3/4 inches (apparently the plates were smaller then, maybe thats why people were thinner) 10 smaller plates, luncheon? 7 1/2 inches 1 gravy boat 1 large serving platter 12 1/4 inches 12 small bowls, dessert 5 3/4 inchers 12 small plates, bread and butter 61/2 inches I know how pricey this china pattern can be. This is a great opportunity to pick up lots of pieces at a great price without having to pay antique retail per peice. I will be charging a handling fee along with shipping because getting these thing packed will be a challenge. I don't have a shipping quote as of yet, but I will get it soon. I am going to have the UPS store pack the items for me because I don't want anything to break during shipping. Once I know the weight, I will be able to do a quote for shipping. Please just shoot me an email for it.
