First off thanks for looking at this listing.This comes with case, manual and game disc only.Items are tested to make sure they are in good working condition. If you have any problems I offer a 30 day return policy on everything I sell.Due to issues with people not understanding my DLC (down loadable code) policy for games with DLC im now changing it to this.My policy now for DLC is any xbox 360 game I sell will not come with any DLC and no refunds will be given due to DLC not being included with any xbox 360 game. For PS3 games if their are any DLC they will be tested first to see if it has been used. If it has been used it will not be listed with the item, if its still available I will state in the listing that DLC is coming with PS3 game and was tested and DLC is still available.I am changing this due to having to do to many refunds for people not understanding my listings or claiming im misleading people.
