Hot Wheels 2003 3rd Nationals / Convention So Fine. Car was done to celebrate Mark Jones' 10 years at Mattel. This is the green variation of the dinner car with the Nationals logo on the roof and lace wheels. Unfortunately, I am unaware of the production number for this car.
