VW DRAG TRUCK - GOLD!! 2007 EMPLOYEE HOLIDAY CAR Hot Wheels Exclusive - ONLY 100 Made for EMPLOYEES!! NEVER BEEN OPENED - MINT CONDITION BOX! This vehicle was only offered to Mattel employees in 2007 as their holiday vehicle. It was the surprise car for only 100 few lucky Mattel employee! The car is hand polished and painted in RLC SPECTRAFLAME GOLD with a SPECTRAFLAME (VUM) RED roof. The detail on this vehicle is beautiful! Gold flames with gold snowflakes on the lower body and a fancy red holiday bow. The chassis is also hand polish chrome plated as is the engine and interior. Wheels are silver VUM 5-Spoke Real Riders. The VW Drag Truck was designed by Phil Riehlman, but decorated in 2007 by Larry Wood to not only commemorate Hot Wheels 40th Anniversary, but also in true holiday spirit as a thank you to employees for another year well done. The package front is beautiful with original art by Otto Kuhni and foiled red, green and silver accents in a holiday theme The back of the package is also holiday themed with silver foil accented snowflakes.
