Wheels are loose and missing the rubber covers. The blue one looks like it's been painted. Don't expect much! I will ship first class when possible. It might take a little longer to receive the items but should save you cash. I will still combine shipping for added savings. This will come protected in a box....not in a padded envelope. Their scale is 1/64. If you win more than one item I'll send you an invoice with reduced shipping charges. Paypal only please and no returns unless I've misrepresented the items.
