To commemorative the finale of the sensationally popular series HOUSE M.D., which starred Hugh Laurie as the irascible yet somehow irresistable Dr. Gregory House, this amazing souvenir was sent out to media professional: A lucite-encased piece of an x-ray that was used as a prop on the show during its 8-year run. (It looks like an intestine to me, but I am not a medical professional so don't me to that!) The x-ray segment measures about 2 1/2" x 3 3/4", and the clear lucite measures about 5" x 7" - it's 2 pieces of lucite (each about 1/2" thick) held closed with magnets in each of the corners. The HOUSE program logo is printed on the front, along with the dates 2004-2012, COMMEMORATIVE X-RAY FROM THE SET and the FOX logo. The lucite block stands on its own on the side - it comes in a box (see upper left in photos) - the souvenir block is in MINT CONDITION and was taken out of the box just to be photographer. The smaller box goes into the larger shipping box (see right side of photo) that has a photo of HIGH LAURIE and promotes the SERIES FINALE EVENT that aired on May 21st. Also included (not in picture) is a letter sent out to members of the press from David Shore. Sent from a smoke-free home. This official promotional item was not available for general public sale and is certain to delight any fan of HOUSE.
