All of them are new and have never been run. In order to offer the best prices possible some of the items are removed from an RTR RC product, other items are retail packaged. In rare cases out of our control, it may take up to 72 hours for an order to ship. We know that you want your parts right away and strive to make that happen. International shipping rates :For all locations serviced directly by the USPS (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, APO/FPO, etc..) we charge the listed US rate.For single item shipping the rates are available at the bottom of the listing in the pull down menu. If your country is not shown (many South American countries do not display) in the pull down list please select France and that is the rate that would be for your country. Combined shipping :We are happy to combine shipping for you wver you live. For all locations serviced directly by the USPS ( USA , Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, APO/FPO, etc..) the shipping fees are automatically calculated in checkout. We use a weight based shipping fee. Insurance is an option and can be added to the shipping during checkout. Insurance is through Endicia not the USPS. For ALL other international destinations we base the shipping fee on weight. The combined price is automatically calculated in ebay checkout. Insurance is included in the shipping fee. Shipping is not negotiable. The shipping and insurance fee is as listed.
