Francie is the darling of the dance hall in her "Floatin-In" outfit, #1207, made from 1968 to 1969. Her dress swirls and whirls around the inner pinwheel pattern straight-line dress. She is a rainbow of color on the dance floor and nothing moves as smoothly as her hot pink cutout dancing shoes that match perfectly with her short pink gloves. She is sure to be the star of the ball. My grading system is as follows: An item is MINT when it looks like it just came from the factory, is fressh off the card or was just removed from the box. Occasionally I will say that something is NM if it looks like it is straight from the factory but has one tiny flaw such as a frayed tag. Otherwise my system is as follows. Excellent, no major flaws but has obviously been played with; very good, has small problems but they can easily be remedied (I will always state them); good, more serious problems but will still look good if displayed; and TLC, needs help/parts only. Dolls will receive a a similar grading to clothes and accessories. I will always tell you any flaws that I note. Please remember that my grading system is subjective and subject to my opinions only which may be unintentionally flawed. Oversights happen. Please view all pictures carefully and ask any questions you might have. I also want you to know that I never knowingly sell anything that is not a Mattel product. I don't pad my auctions with repros, knockoffs and home made items. My motto is "If It's Not Mattel I Don't Sell." Please read the description carefully and look closely at the pictures.
