This is the Hubley "Tex" cap pistol. It has been cap fired. All mechanical actions function as designed. The "Tex" is eight inches by 4 inches. The trigger activates the hammer correctly. The lever on the left side of the frame allowing access to the cap chamber functions correctly. Some separation on top and the heel of the grips. A nice looking cap gun that I would rate in good working condition.Please view the photos carefully to make your own assessment of the condition of this "Tex" cap pistol.This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug.
