This auction if for a Coca Cola Cardboard Sign. Sign is very large measuring 53 inches tall by 33 inches wide. It has the original wood frame. Back of frame says Kay Display Inc. Grand Rapids MI. Executive Offices at Park Ave. New York, NY. This sign depicts a young bathing beauty in blue swim suit drinking a Coke on the beach. This is the only one of these signs that I have seen and is a fantastic Coca Cola item. Front of sign in small letters it says The Coca Cola Co. Litho USA 1940 Nigara Litho Co. Buffalo NY. Sign does have a small stain below and to the left of the girls feet which you will notice in the closeup photo. It also has a little bit of a warp which I attribute to hanging in this frame for 67 years. This sign also has two easles to fee stand if desired, these are original to the sign. Overall a very nice sign which I have proudly displayed in my home. On a scale of 1-10 I'd say an 8. Very Rare Sign. I purchased this from a man who owned the sign for the past 45 years.
