Our local antique shop believes its from the Khond Orissa tribe in India or possibly Southeast Asia in origin. They believe its from the late 19th century. With a little research this could be a real treasure. MEASUREMENTS:17" Wide x 15" High x 7" DeepLarge & Heavy, Weighs 4lbs-3oz. Sculpture is from a Philadelphia, Pa.Estate Art & Antiques Collection This piece is from the Estate of an orchestra violinist from Philadelphia who spent a lifetime traveling the world performing and collecting artand antiques.
