Great collection of 30 vintage Soviet pinback buttons, all related to the 1980 Olympics in Moscow, USSR. Most buttons are specifically related to the equestrian sports. Most buttons in this collection are cloisonne and enamel, several are holographic (background color changing), only one pin is plastic (the large round one). Collection includes extremely rare and hard to find buttons such as the holographic button depicting Misha, the 1980 Olympics mascot riding a toy horse, an oval cloisonne button with Misha on a horse and other interesting buttons. The largest button in the lot (the round button) measures 2-1/8" across, and the smallest one is about 1/4". Excellent condition with normal wear from age and storage.
