This auctionis for a fantastic collection of vintage Lionel Model Train Pieces. 33 piecesin all, this collection of 027 scale models is massive. All of these models are in excellent condition, and a good deal of them come with the original packaging (See Photos and Description Below). These pieces range in manufacture date from 1971, up to 1984, and have stood the test of time. The only blemishes to be found are on the steel chassis for the two engine units, which bear small amounts of rust (See Photos). The five "Milwaukee Road" passenger cars all feature working interior lights. In addition to the collection of railroad cars, there are some extras thrown in, featuring an Old Time Station, A set of Telephone Poles, A set of Billboards and Billboard Signs, and two Automatic Crossing Gates. This set is a veritable collection of American history for Model Train enthusiasts or beginners.
