Quality Copeland Parian Bust of Clytie. This Copeland parian bust of Clytie was produced by C Delpech Redt and is duly impressed with his name around the back of the socle base, while 'Art Union of London' is impressed at front of socle base. On the back of the bust is an impressed mark COPELAND and Y90.This bust measures 13.5 inches tall and 10 inches at widest point across shoulders.In very good condition without chips, cracks, firing flaws or restoration.Original socle base with what appears to be a replacement nut and bolt that secures it to the bust.The Parian Phenomenon by Richard Dennis refers to a bust of this title in the Copeland section at Page 185 Figure 610. A wonderful recent find that displays superbly. Overseas bidders for this outstanding bust of Clytie.
