Extremely rare frosted art glass bottle by the Erasmic perfume company - dates anywhere from the late 19th century to first quarter of the 20th century. My best guess is that it is, more specifically, from that transitional period between the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods, as it shows design elements from both. I feel certain that it is a French made bottle, not only because of the typically French Art Nouveau design of tendrils and leaves (the latter along the base) but more importantly because of the style of text in the one medallion that reads "ERASMIC AROMATIC ROMAN BATH SALTS". Guaranteed authentic and antique or your money refunded in full on its return. This incredible bottle is enormous and could certainly be used as a vase - it stands a whopping 9.5" tall, with its widest diameter of 5.75". There are four panels, three of which show have an incredible Roman gladiator design, the fourth of which has the aforementioned text. My gut feeling is that it is a Lalique piece, though I know that unsigned pieces are rare.
