A gorgeous oversize glass hurricane style ruffled shade for a hanging light fixture or large kerosene-style table lamp, 10 inches high. The shade is a little over 13" diameter at the widest by 7-1/2" diameter at the ruffled, crimped top with a (huge) 9-1/4" fitter (measurement across the bottom rim). The shade is opal white glass with hand painted yellow and muted peachy-pink roses, surrounded by olive green leaves and purple-mauve smaller flowers with enameled white dot centers. Airbrushed golden tan coloring graces the base of the shade fading to white at the center, single rosebud branch decorates the back. The shade is in excellent vintage condition with no damage.
