Beautiful, delicate vintage Chinese hardstone bonsai tree in a Celadon pottery vase. I am not an expert, but have spent some time researching this item This flower tree appears to be rose quartz & carnelian flower petals with jade carved leaves, attached to blue silk wound branches and mounted in a beautiful jade planter surrounded by jade chips. The lower part has faux bark. The flowers have beautiful yellow stamen & there is one jade and carnelian one carved bud. The leaves appear to be carved Spinach Jade. There are 6large flowers (about 3-6") with stamens and multiple petals--about 15-35 per flower. There are about 75 large carved jade leaves (2-1/2" long). Excellent condition. I tried to look it over carefully. I found no broken or missing petals/leaves. The tree including pot is 18-1/2" high/13" wide. The pot is 3" high 7-1/2 long 4-1/2" wide. The tree needs some cleaning; I just dusted it. This piece will need to be rearranged and "fluffed up" after shipping Item will be securely shipped and insured. Shipping is approximate and will be the actual price of packing materials plus actual shipping costs. The tree is quite heavy due to the weight of the stone. (over 9 pounds)
